Spanning approximately 6,600 m², the asset benefits from a strategic location on the A13 motorway, at the heart of an established Norman logistics market, characterized by the presence of prime occupants and strong tenant depth. Formerly occupied by Colis Poste, the site exhibits robust real estate fundamentals. Currently vacant, it will undergo targeted improvements aimed at enhancing its technical and environmental performance, prior to its re-leasing on the market.
